I’m not sure if anyone else had the same experience, but my tracking updates were slow and didn’t refresh much. I was a little unsure for a bit, but the package did end up arriving, so it worked out okay.

"Looks nice, but the fabric bothered me"
I had mixed feelings about this one. I liked how it looked when I put it on, but after wearing it once, the material felt really scratchy and uncomfortable the whole night. I wanted to like it, but I don’t see myself reaching for it again.

"Helpful support, just a little slow"
I ordered an outfit and had a quick question about the sizing, so I reached out to customer support by email. In my experience, waiting around three days for a reply felt a bit long, especially when I was trying to decide what to do with my order.
Once they did get back to me, they were polite and sorted everything out, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience. I just personally think the service would feel a lot better if the response time were faster. Overall, it was fine, but nothing especially impressive

"Pretty close to the pictures"
I think I ordered this sometime around early last month, or maybe the end of the month before, but when it showed up it was mostly like the photos. The colors just looked a little different in person, and the fit/details weren’t quite what I thought they’d be from the pics. It’s not bad or anything, I just wish the photos had made it a bit clearer

"Cute designs, but I’m not totally convinced"
I really wanted to love these because the designs are super cute, but for the price, I was expecting the quality to feel a bit better. It’s not bad or anything, just kind of average, and shipping took longer than I hoped too. Maybe I just had higher expectations, but I don’t feel fully reassured that it was worth what I paid

I ordered from badinka.com and had kind of mixed feelings at first because I wasn’t sure how long shipping would actually take. I got updates along the way, which helped, and the package showed up in good shape. It ended up arriving right on time for my event, so I was really happy about that. Still, I wish I hadn’t been so worried while waiting, but overall the shipping was a pleasant surprise...

I ordered a bodysuit the design looked pretty much exactly like the pictures!!! The colors were right, the little details matched up, and there weren’t any weird surprises when it showed up!!! Super happy with how accurate it was!!!

"My order never arrived!!!"
I ordered a few weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up!!! The tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I reached out to support, they just gave me super vague answers!!! i’m not ordering from Badinka again, the delivery is way too unreliable!!!

"Return took a little longer than expected"
I ordered from Badinka and ended up having to return one item because the sizing wasn’t quite right. The return process itself was easy enough to follow, so maybe I just expected the refund to come through a bit faster? It took a few extra days, which was a little annoying, but support did reply to my email and helped clear things up. Overall, not a flawless experience, but it worked out in the end and I’d say it was still decent.

The fabric feels nice and the print has held up well so far. I’ll be honest, after I paid I got a bit unsure and started wondering if everything would actually arrive as expected, but my order came through and the quality turned out good. Overall, I’m happy with it.

The whole exchange process was more of a headache than I expected. The replies were really slow, and the steps weren’t super clear, so I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong. Even after getting through it, I’m still not really happy with how the exchange turned out. Maybe it’s just me, but it felt way more complicated than it needed to be.

"DO NOT BUY"
I spent $151 on a bodysuit from Badinka and regret every cent. The sizing was completely off, and the design is uncomfortable to the point of being unwearable — the zipper digs into your throat and makes the piece painful to wear.
When I attempted to return it, I was told I had to pay return shipping, which I accepted. What they failed to make clear until after the purchase is that the return address is in Bulgaria. The cost to ship it back? Over $200 — more than the item itself. Nowhere on their site is this made obvious to U.S. customers, and most buyers would assume returns could be sent to a U.S. address.
When I pointed out how misleading this is and suggested they make their return policy and location abundantly clearer, customer service became dismissive and unprofessional, even addressing me condescendingly as “dear.”
